Our Approach

Development of a Quality-Oriented Process

  • Review of business needs as dictated by your business
  • Development of a process (depending on needs this may be the first of several evolutionary iterations)
  • Training in the newly defined process
  • Optional support in pilot of the new process.

Assessement

  • An assessment is a comparison of your current process capability to those process attributes contained in an industry model or standard.
  • An assessment is performed to determine the capability of a process through comparison with a standard or a model.
  • Some organizations, for strategic reasons, must achieve certification against a model in order to provide goods and services in certain business sectors. In this case, the assessment is considered to be for certification purposes: industry's formal recognition of your process capability.
  • Other organizations choose to use industry standard models as a guide or reference for process improvement efforts. In these instances, an assessment is performed to establish a baseline for future improvement initiatives and as a method to quantify improvement.
